MifestHome Farm Straight Mile Llay LL12 0NQ www.mifest.co.uk Probably one of the most exciting things to happen in the Northwest; musically, for a very long time! The festival site is so easily accessible from both the A483, M56 and M53; just ten minutes from Chester and probably even closer from Wrexham. This really is a necessity for any festival goer this year without question |
Two Rivers Festival
www.tworiversfestival.co.uk
| Two Rivers FestivalThe Two Rivers Festival is an initiative devised by Andrew Thomson and Peter Davison to create a new festival of music and the arts in Wirral. The aim is to use many of the beautiful buildings and locations on Wirral for arts events to draw attention to the heritage of the area. Wirral is a place of passage, a gateway to the sea and the Celtic lands. It is a landscape located between two great rivers, the Mersey and the Dee, steeped in history and surrounded by many natural wonders. The Two Rivers Festival will celebrate the arts in one of the least known but most attractive environments in Britain. |
